J&N Stone Announces New Ownership; Honors Family Legacy and Commitment to Quality

WAKARUSA, IN – January 13, 2026 – J&N Stone, a hallmark of quality craftsmanship in the stone veneer
industry since 1973, is pleased to announce a transition in ownership, effective January 1. Jon Yoder and Jeff
Hertsel have officially acquired the company from the children of founders Jack and Nadine Lengacher.

This transition represents a passing of the torch from a second generation of leadership that has been vital to
the company’s identity. Having worked closely in all areas of J&N Stone since its early years, the founders’
children were instrumental in ensuring the company’s success following Jack and Nadine’s retirement. To
ensure a seamless transition, the previous owners will remain onboard in key roles for varying lengths of time,
providing their invaluable expertise to the new leadership team.

The new leadership combines deep family ties with proven industry experience. Jon Yoder, married to the
eldest grandchild of the founders, brings a background in healthcare executive leadership. Partnering with him
is Jeff Hertsel, an 8-year veteran of the company’s sales division.
